TruAlign Methodology

TruAlign applies structured diagnostic principles — similar to medical triage — to relational stability.

Diagnostic Clarity vs. General Advice

Most relationship resources offer advice before diagnosis. In medicine, this would be malpractice. TruAlign reverses this order. Rather than offering generalized advice, we identify:

  • Severity level (Is this a crisis or a collapse?)
  • Structural instability patterns
  • Risk trajectory (Where is this heading?)
  • Intervention priority (What must happen first?)

The Framework Model

1. Symptom Identification

Isolating specific behavioral outputs (The "What").

2. Pattern Classification

Grouping symptoms into recognized structural dynamics.

3. Structural Diagnosis

Determining the root cause mechanics (The "Why").

4. Prescribed Pathway

Sequenced intervention steps based on severity.

Important Boundary

TruAlign assessments are educational tools designed to support clarity and decision-making. They are not medical diagnoses, mental health treatment, or therapeutic services.

Users experiencing abuse, safety concerns, or mental health emergencies should seek licensed professional or emergency support.

"Clarity is the first step of repair."
